We are Simon and Jehanne and run Gold Hill Drinks Company based in Shaftesbury, Dorset. Our lovingly converted RICE box horse trailer can be hired as a mobile alcoholic bar or as a cafe serving premium coffee, teas, cold drinks and cake for the more relaxed day time events.

When we were looking for the best way to deliver our coffee and food, we scoured the country for the best solution... An old van? A trailer ? A horsebox ? It had all been done before. We wanted to be sustainable, without being silly about it. So bamboo was the natural choice for the structure, with LPG providing the power for the espresso machine and van.

The caravan project is a lovely rustic retro bar, it was built from a 1969 Sprite caravan. We offer full bar services and can bring a fully stocked bar or just the caravan to your event to serve your own alcohol. Also the caravan makes a great coffee bar with the barista coffee machine onboard.
