We are The Pork Shack, we offer Filipino Fusion dishes, our food is fairly unique in that we take a modern spin on traditional Filipino dishes by reconstructing popular Filipino family favourites and turning them into street food fusion delicacies. I’d describe our food to be rich and full of flavour, punchy but not spicy.

Perry and Porter offer two bar options, our lovingly converted vintage horsebox or our contemporary pop up bar. Every event is special and we ensure that our bar service is seamless, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the party.

When we were looking for the best way to deliver our coffee and food, we scoured the country for the best solution... An old van? A trailer ? A horsebox ? It had all been done before. We wanted to be sustainable, without being silly about it. So bamboo was the natural choice for the structure, with LPG providing the power for the espresso machine and van.

Cafe Piccolo is a converted piaggio ape 'tuk tuk' capable of supplying around 150 hot drinks per hour. We specialise in serving high quality locally sourced speciality coffee and tea to take away.
