Our compact trailer has been built to represent the beauty of Italy, with our Wood-Fired oven bringing those ingredients to life, it's not just the aroma that will captivate guests, it's the element of Theatre brought to your special day.

We do real simple and tasty barbecue, available for all event catering all year round When we say 'Dirty' we mean real get stuck in barbecue food, cooked properly over charcoal or wood. You let us know what you want, we can probably do it. We specialise in weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, garden parties, stag/hen parties etc

As my trailer is only 10ft by 6ft it’s great for small events and private parties, all staff have food hygiene and have been trained on allergies, etc. My trailer comes fully Insured with public liability insurance risk assessment and safer food better business, gas safety & Pat tested.

We can provide a comprehensive list of services in our very own Venue if you require one which is located in the beautiful country side of Hampshire. If you already have a venue in place we can also arrange Catering at most functions which include Family celebrations such as Christenings, Birthday Parties and Anniversaries and Weddings.
