We serve “proper” barista coffee and run on gas so are silent and can be located almost anywhere as electric hook ups are not required. As my trailer is only 10ft by 6ft it’s great for small events and private parties, all staff have food hygiene and have been trained on allergies, etc. My trailer comes fully Insured with public liability insurance risk assessment and safer food better business, gas safety & Pat tested.
