We are The Pork Shack, we offer Filipino Fusion dishes, our food is fairly unique in that we take a modern spin on traditional Filipino dishes by reconstructing popular Filipino family favourites and turning them into street food fusion delicacies. I’d describe our food to be rich and full of flavour, punchy but not spicy.

I began my culinary journey in my early teens cooking for family and friends at my parents house. I quickly fell in love with cooking from then I knew that I wanted to pursue food professionally. The caravan project is a lovely rustic retro bar, it was built from a 1969 Sprite caravan. We offer full bar services and can bring a fully stocked bar or just the caravan to your event to serve your own alcohol. Also the caravan makes a great coffee bar with the barista coffee machine onboard.
