When we were looking for the best way to deliver our coffee and food, we scoured the country for the best solution... An old van? A trailer ? A horsebox ? It had all been done before. We wanted to be sustainable, without being silly about it. So bamboo was the natural choice for the structure, with LPG providing the power for the espresso machine and van.

Bringing the 'Naturally Gluten Free Filled Arepa' to Horsham and the South East of England and not forgetting also introducing Horsham to the home made GingerRookes Buns.....and starting a Corn Fritter Revolution (v). Arepa & Buns filled with delicious slow cooked meats ranging from Beef Brisket to Shredded Venison to Meat Balls.

As my trailer is only 10ft by 6ft it’s great for small events and private parties, all staff have food hygiene and have been trained on allergies, etc. My trailer comes fully Insured with public liability insurance risk assessment and safer food better business, gas safety & Pat tested.
