I have full public liability insurance and enhanced CRB checks, so your in safe hands. I can also add glitter tattoos to parties for extra sparkle. Balloon sweetie cup favours are my best seller and are really something special for guests to take home. I don't dress as a clown or do magic but I love my retro style dresses and often get called the magical balloon lady.
