I pride myself on my freshly prepared, home cooked food. I serve from a converted 1970s Rice Horse box and can also provide catering in a domestic or commercial setting. I am very versatile and can produce a variety of different menus, cuisines, main meals and desserts. Where ever possible, I like to work with my clients to design their menu.

I cater for weddings, christenings, anniversaries, communions, arts and music festivals, school fairs, corporate events and any birthday or celebratory event. I have a personal license so am able to serve alcohol and the van can become a mobile bar. The more popular menus include the USA menu with Philly steak and cheese sandwiches, wild boar hotdogs and loaded Nachos amongst other things. Others include pulled meats or vegan Tuscan bean salad loaded onto fries or in a wrap or a variety of meat and vegan curries, soups and stews all home made from scratch. I have Vietnamese and Japanese menus of Pho, Katsu curry and Ramen. I always make sure I have a vegan and gluten free options and all my catering is nut free. I can cater for all dietary requirements including allergies and intolerances. All the consumables I use are compostable down to knives and forks. I have a food hygiene rating of 5 stars.
