The fantastic new soft play Ocean Express is a spacious converted double decker bus complete with a ball pool, slide, tunnels, obstacles and loads more. Its a four-wheeled wavy bus giving the children all the fun they could ever want. Suitable for children aged 2-10 years old, can have approx. 25 children on the bus at anyone time. Staff have DBS certificates and are First Aid trained. Let us bring the party to you, no matter the weather!! The bus will need one plug socket to allow the fans and lights on board to work for the duration of the event. But it wasn’t always this way… The bus started life in a normal way ferrying passengers on its local route 427, and every day it would travel along the Uxbridge Road from Shepherd’s Bush to Uxbridge. With all those bottoms on seats and busy journeys after a while the bus was taken out of service – but it wasn’t ready to give up yet! The bus was ready for a makeover and new lease of life as a play bus. Work began on taking out all the seats and fixtures and putting in new soft play equipment. Finally after many months of planning, hard work and a large spray paint, the shiny new Ocean Express hit the road in October 2019.
