I am an outside caterer and private chef specialising in vegan and vegetarian food and also have a wide repertoire of gluten free recipes and baking skills. I have had many opportunities over the last 13 years working as a chef in different work places with different styles of cooking. Through this diversity I have been privileged to learn from others and develop my own style of cooking, always drawn as I am to colourful and fresh food with exciting and complimentary flavours. My catering ethos is to use local and organic ingredients where ever I can and in relation to the client’s budget. I would rather use a freshly gathered ingredient than an organic flown in one. I am passionate about the environment and will always recycle waste where I can, especially any packaging. My style of food is colourful and fresh, vibrant in how it looks and how it tastes. I understand how important it is to enable friends and family to eat together from shared dishes, despite varying needs, and feel confident that I can provide dishes that everyone can enjoy.
