At Rico we know just how important great food and stress free catering services are to the success of any event and believe catering should only be an exciting and memorable experience. So it's our mission to take care of it all so you literally have nothing to worry about (except making sure you get seconds!) We've been spreading our love for great Mexican food with our one-of-a-kind catering, delivering authentic Mexican food experiences for wedding, corporate and private customers. From beautiful self-serve Taco & Burrito Bowl Bars to Mexican Grazing Platter delivery and bespoke Mexican Grazing Tables that wow, we love nothing more than delivering food joy! The Food? We only offer fresh, colourful food and Mexican flavours you can’t forget in a hurry! Our food is as accessible as possible so everyone can eat, with most of our food gluten free, dairy free and nut free, as well as made with fresh ingredients. With our menus including a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options, there’s always something for everyone to enjoy! Our Catering Services? We have indoor and outdoor standard catering packages and bespoke menu options available. Our standard packages can cater for 40-150 people, with super fast set up, service and clearing away. And we don't even need a kitchen onsite! We bring everything we need to set up a beautiful table, reheat and get everything ready for exactly when you need it! We cater for private events, workplace lunches, meetings & events, networking groups and retreats, weddings, film sets and more. And with our no fluff booking process, quick responses to queries and clear T&Cs, you can have your catering sorted easily and get on with enjoying your event. Sustainability? At Rico we’ve always had sustainability and eco-friendly policies at the heart of everything we do, making an effort to minimise food and packaging waste and buy from local suppliers where possible, to minimise our carbon foot print as much as we can. We only ever using recyclable and biodegradable items in our packaging, plates and cutlery. We serve Essex, Hertfordshire, London, Cambridgeshire & Bedfordshire.
