Instead of finding the cheapest produce for greatest profit the Deli Truck buys the best meat, fish and produce they can and then cleverly cook this bounty with great care to produce super tasty, innovative food a great prices. From Weddings to birthday parties, we are absolutely passionate about giving our clients the best we can offer - we specialise in Southern USA style and Cajun food as a food truck, but as a catering operation we can cook absolutely anything you require.
