we make delicious woodfired ,thin and crispy,stone baked pizza with ethically sourced local ingredients and we can get funky with the toppings,for example,Feta,black olive and sun dried tomato. Blue cheese, sliced pear drizzled with a home made red wine reduction are a couple alongside veggy and vegan options.hit us up we are super friendly!:))

We are based in knighton in Powys and cover an area as far north as Chester and as far south as Gloucester taking in the A49 corridor from Hereford,Worcester, Leominster, Ludlow and Shrewsbury. We are experienced and comfortable in catering for events from 100 to 10,000 people and can cover all dietary needs(not coeliac),everything we use is of the highest quality we can source, down to the wood that we burn which is catering grade,sustainable, compressed beech wood. We are more than happy at high end food festivals and love to get our groove on and have fun at bigger music events.our business ethos is sustainability,re-usability and environmental responsibility, our culinary ethos is to give a :fresh from scratch:value for money experience.Family run with family values. thanks for looking, Jon and Vanessa .
