Distance no problem ~ Im with you from the moment the Groom arrives I will be there for him to fix Button holes and Cravats, escort mum to her seat in the ceremony, sort the order of procession in for the Bride, assist your photographer, ensure the Guest book or picture frame is signed by all guests, plan receiving lines for your guests followed by your top table and finally a rapturous greeting for the Bride & Groom as they enter, I will say Grace if required, organise and assist in every aspect of the speeches I will even coach or assist in writing speeches, hold a Cake cutting Ceremony, teach the Groom or father of the Bride how to Sabrage (please see photos) the Champagne. Make all announcements as required, assist in giving out and presenting Bouquets and gifts. At the end of the formal meal and speeches announce the Bride and Groom out to great applause.

We looked into having a master of ceremonies as our best man admitted to being extremely nervous and we felt with 60 plus guests that we would need a little guidance. With this in mind we spoke to our wedding venue and they recommended Michael to us. We sent a general enquiry to Michael via email one evening and we're surprised to receive a response straight away. The majority of our other suppliers took at least a few days to come back to us. After discussing things further via telephone we booked straight away as we couldn't believe the value for money. For the services which came as standard we were expecting to pay a lot more. Leading up to our wedding Michael was extremely helpful and provided a lot of advice on his services and how our day could run. His professional and calming attitude gave us confidence that our wedding day would go without a hitch. On the morning itself he ensured everything was going to plan so that our ceremony was on time. He helped the groom, best man, ushers and the two mothers with their flowers, welcomed our guests, showed guests to seats, calmed the groom who kept crying, took the bride’s mother to her seat at the start of the ceremony (this was a great touch, I haven't seen a toast master do this previously) and assisted me when I was navigating a long staircase after the 5 bridesmaids abandoned me! After our ceremony Michael ensured everything went to plan. He ensured that our guests and suppliers were where they needed to be; he shadowed me and helped whenever possible with my dress, flowers, umbrella etc. He also kept the photographer in check which must have been a task in itself as he wanted to get plenty of photographs when we should have been elsewhere. The speeches - well where do I start! Michael introduced us to our wedding breakfast to a standing ovation which made us both cry! Throughout the speeches we surprised our guests with Sabrage.
